Hotgen antigen rapid test for laymen. Approved for own sampling under supervision from the anterior nasal area. The rapid antigen test (SARS COV2) provides a fast and reliable response for both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients with regard to SARS-CoV-2 infection. For example, accurate screening of people with known contact with SARS-CoV-2 infected persons can be carried out and the infection status can be determined. Nasal swab samples from persons under 18 years of age should be taken under adult supervision. People over 70 years of age should be assisted in taking their nasal swab. This test is designed to help in the rapid diagnosis of coronavirus infections.
