Easy and secure prescription redemption
An important part of our delivery service is the convenient redemption of prescriptions. Patients can send us their prescription in various ways: digitally via a secure app, by e-mail, fax or by dropping it in our prescription mailbox directly on site. The digitalization of healthcare allows us to make the process efficient and secure. In particular, the redemption of e-prescriptions greatly simplifies the ordering and delivery process. After we have received the prescription, we immediately check the availability of the required medicines and, if necessary, also take care of reordering from wholesalers.
You are also welcome to use our e-prescription app for this purpose.
Personal advice despite delivery service
Personal and expert advice is always our top priority, even if the delivery service is used. Before each delivery, we conduct a consultation – by telephone – to ensure that our patients are using their medication correctly and safely. In doing so, we clarify important questions about dosage, interactions or special intake instructions. In this way, the high quality of advice provided by our pharmacy is also maintained outside our premises.
Flexible and timely delivery
Our delivery service is designed so that we can deliver medicines within a few hours or, depending on the urgency, the same day or the following day. Delivery is carried out by our trained staff, who ensure discretion and reliability. For sensitive medicines, such as medicines requiring refrigeration, our vehicles are equipped with suitable cooling systems to guarantee safe storage and transport.

In addition to the supply of prescription and over-the-counter medicines, we also offer health products, dietary supplements or care products on request.
