Our terms of payment:
You have the possibility to pay in our online store with the following options. Please note that the choice of payment methods may be limited.*
Payment by PayPal:
Pay securely using PayPal’s online payment service. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, we will redirect you to the PayPal website before you complete your order or you can place your order via “Direct to PayPal”. There you log in with your personal PayPal credentials and make your payment. We will be informed directly afterwards by PayPal about the receipt of your payment. Payment in advance:
If you choose payment in advance, we will process and ship your order after we receive the money. Please transfer the total amount to our account. To do so, please use our account data, stating your customer and voucher number. You will receive these displayed with your order and via order confirmation.
Payment by direct debit:*
For the direct debit payment type, enter either – as before – your account number and bank code (BLZ) or the IBAN and BIC of your account. For transfers from abroad, please be sure to enter your IBAN and BIC. Then complete your order. We will debit the invoice amount from your account on the day and you will receive your delivery.
Payment by invoice:*
If you choose the invoice payment method, we will process and ship your order after you place it. Please transfer the total amount to our account within 10 days. To do so, please use our account data, stating your customer and voucher number. You will receive this with your invoice.
Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard):*
In the payment method, you can conveniently pay with your Mastercard and Visa. We will debit the invoice amount from your credit card account at the time of the order. All data that you submit for payment is absolutely safe from access by third parties. The goods will be shipped after the direct debit has been made.
*These payment methods may be restricted based on products, orders, shipping address, and customer status.
