Shipping: Shipping costs & shipping methods
Free shipping from 30 EUR. From an order value of 30 EUR we deliver free of charge within Germany. Prescriptions and e-prescriptions are also postage-free.
If your order is below this amount, you will pay 5,90€ for the delivery within Germany. For deliveries abroad, we will be happy to advise you personally about shipping costs and delivery procedures. Fast shipping – The goods are usually delivered within 2-3 business days by DHL. This depending on product availability, payment and restrictions under the Hygiene Act. Our shipping team will process your orders from Monday to Friday.
If you and no neighbor can be found and your shipment cannot be delivered immediately, the DHL driver will come to you again and try to hand over the shipment. In some cases, shipments are also deposited for pickup at the nearest DHL/Deutsche Post pickup station. In any case, the driver will leave a notification card in your mailbox.
Shipping methods:
Deliveries within Germany and the EU are made by the partner DHL.
Deliveries to other countries possible by personal arrangement. We deliver with UPS.
Returns & Returns:
You have the option to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the complete shipment.
n the case of revocation, you have to bear the regular costs of the return, unless the delivered item does not correspond to the ordered item.
Once we have received the shipment and inspected the items, we will refund the appropriate payment amount. Credit should be issued in 7 business days after the shipment is received in your account, depending on the postal transit time and the method of payment. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you in advance. The regular costs of returning the items are borne by the customer.
If everything was fine with your delivered items, we may reserve the right to withhold the regular cost of return from the refund amount. The costs are €5.90 for orders within Germany and €18 for orders within the EU, Great Britain and €20 for Switzerland.
