Payment – Your payment options
What payment methods are available to me for online orders?
If you select “Prepayment” as payment method, you will receive an order confirmation with our account details and the invoice amount after your order. You transfer the invoice amount and as soon as we receive it, your order will be processed and shipped.
If you choose “PayPal” as payment method, you pay the invoice amount directly via your existing or new Paypal account. We will process and ship the order immediately.
SEPA Direct Debit Scheme
If you select “SEPA Direct Debit” as payment method, your bank data will be requested and verified. You will receive an order confirmation with the invoice amount. Subsequently, this amount will be automatically debited from your bank account. As soon as we receive the payment (about 2-3 business days), your order will be processed and shipped.
Credit card (via PayPal account)
If you select “credit card” as payment method, you will be redirected to Paypal in the order process. In your PayPal account you can enter or deposit your credit card data. We will process and ship the order immediately.
If you select “Payment by invoice”, you will receive an order confirmation with our account details and the invoice amount after your order. Checking of creditworthiness reserved. This payment method is not available to first-time customers. When buying on account, you have 14 days after receipt of the goods until payment. You transfer the invoice amount to the named account.
To ensure that your payment is always assigned to the correct order, please include the complete order and customer number in the reason for payment. The information can be found on the invoice receipt.
