Redeem your e-prescription quickly and easily
An e-prescription, also known as a “digital prescription” or “online prescription”, is a digital version of the traditional prescription. E-prescriptions are electronically signed electronically by the prescribing physician. Our pharmacy verifies this signature as part of the dispensing of the medication.
Redeem your e-prescription quickly and securely by scanning it with your webcam or uploading it as a file, sending it by e-mail or redeeming it directly at our local pharmacy. There are many possibilities.
You can redeem your e-prescription with us in many ways:
Branch pharmacy (on-site & courier service)
- Printout: You have your prescription or e-prescription as a printout, just come by and we will read the recipe.
- Health card with NFC function: You have stored yours on the health card, just come by and we will read the prescription.
- App: Use our e-prescription app or select Löwen Apotheke24 in the gematik app, select “Pick-up” and transfer everything to us digitally, just drop by.
- E-mail: You simply send the e-prescription to us by e-mail: rezept@loewen-apotheke24.de – write “pick-up” and transfer everything to us digitally, just come by.
- WhatsApp: You simply send the e-prescription by message with a photo of the prescription, write “pick-up” and transfer everything to us digitally, just come by.
Online (shipping)
- By post: You simply send the printed e-prescription to us at the Löwen Pharmacy – just like before. (Postdresse)
- Upload: You upload the e-prescription as a photo to our online shop – complete the order – we will deliver your order directly to you within 1-2 working days.
- App: Use our e-prescription app or select Löwen Apotheke24 in the gematik app, select “Shipping” and send us the e-prescription digitally – we will deliver your order directly to you within 1-2 working days.
- E-mail: You simply send the e-prescription to us by e-mail: rezept@loewen-apotheke24.de – we will deliver your order directly to you within 1-2 working days.
- WhatsApp: You simply send the e-prescription by message with a photo of the prescription, write “shipping”, we will send your order directly to you within 1-2 working days.
Do I have an e-prescription?
This is what an e-prescription looks like. The printout contains one or more QR codes. The largest QR code is the “collector’s code”. This allows you to fill all the medications in a prescription at once. If there are several medications on a prescription, each one also receives its own, smaller QR code. Thus, you can also redeem the medication individually.
