Rosatum Healing Ointment Active ingredients: The colloidal silicic acid (Silicea colloidalis) as an essential component revitalizes the skin connective tissue and promotes faster healing of superficial wounds. Rose essential oil (Rosae aetheroleum) has an anti-inflammatory effect. It also warms and nourishes the skin. Geranium essential oil (Geranii aetheroleum) supports wound healing.
