SILDARISTO 50 mg 20 pieces – Active ingredient: Sildenafil
SILDARISTO® (Sildenafil) 50 mg for oral use, for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The medicine contains the active substance sildenafil, which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis during sexual arousal. This allows blood to flow more easily into the penis. The medicine will only help you get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.
The preparation is used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men, which is sometimes referred to as impotence. This occurs when a man cannot get or maintain a penis that is hard enough for sexual activity.

The active ingredient sildenafil is currently still available on prescription, but may soon be available over-the-counter through pharmacies. For the approval of the BfArM.
